Lada 110 2.0 WTCC

The two Lada 110 2.0 competing in 2008 WTCC series are two 4-door sedans which have begun their lives as completely stock bodies descended from the AvtoVAZ factory. They were delivered to “Russian Bears Motorsport” with already mounted safety cages fully according to all WTCC’s technical regulations.

The engine is the well-known “red top” Opel C20XE and is prepared by Swindon Racing Engines. RML Motorsport also uses similar engines for their Chevrolet Lacetti World Touring Car. Swindon Racing Engines used to prepare engines for RML, too, until 2006.
